We a small Japanese family owned pastry shop that has been going strong for over three decades. We started in the heart of Chicago in 1983 and have slowly moved to the cozy city of Arlington Heights. 

 

The chef learned French pastry in his early years and wanted to bring the taste of Japanese and French to Chicago. Since then his bakery has become one of the landmarks for asian inspired pastries for many locals. He uses nothing but the best ingredients that are carefully measured to ensure the same great taste for years to come.
